8:00 am - No Children's ProgramFall Classes Starting Sunday, September 12:Sunday Morning Service - 9:30-10:40 a.m.Infants in the Nursery. Preschoolers in Classes 1st-5th Grade Classes: Kids' Connection! 1st-5th grade children attend worship service for the first 15 minutes with their families and then are dismissed to Kids' Connection classrooms. Parents are welcome to attend Sunday school or worship services. Sunday Morning Service - 11:00 a.m. - 12:10 p.m.Infants in Nursery. Preschoolers in Classes. (Kindergartners will join 1st-5th grade Kids' Church for music.) 1st-5th grade classes: Kids' Church! 1st-5th grade children attend worship service for the first 15 minutes with their families and then are dismissed to Kids' Church. Parents are welcome to attend Sunday school or worship services. PreschoolToddlers through Kindergartners have classes at the 9:30 & 11:00 services. Sunday School consists of Nursery/Toddler, Twos & Threes, and Prekindergarten/ Kindergarten classes. At 9:30 the Twos and Threes class use Group's Hands-On curriculum. The Pre-Kindergarten/Kindergarten class is using a Hillside-tailored thematic curriculum, designed specifically for 4 and 5 year olds. At 11:00 the Twos & Threes and Prekindergarten/Kindergarten classes are using Gospel Light Sunday School curriculum. Each hour features a Bible story, related activity and some free play. (Please pick up a complete explanation of our Preschool program available at either information area.) Primary/Junior9:30 Kids' Connection! Staying Connected to Jesus. Classroom setting to study God's Word together. Classes are combined 1st-2nd and 3rd-5th grades using Group Hands-On curriculum. 1st-5th grades attend the worship service with their families for the first 15 minutes and then will be dismissed to Kids' Connection classrooms. Parents are welcome to attend Sunday school or worship services. 11:00 Kids' Connection! Staying Connected to Jesus. 1st-5th grades attend the worship service with their families for the first 15 minutes and then are dismissed to Kids' Church. We will use Promiseland curriculum utilizing a large group/small group format.

Ministry Opportunities:
Preschool Cooperative Rotation:
We ask all preschool parents to serve on a cooperative preschool rotation once a month. We also welcome others from high school age to grandparents...call us to sign up today!
Sunday Morning Staff:
We encourage team teaching and ask staff to serve for 9 months from September to June.
Volunteer Application Process:
At Hillside, we treasure and value highly the young people that God has placed in our care. To continue to ensure that our church is a safe place for them to grow emotionally, physically and spiritually, everyone who serves in a ministry of Hillside involving youth under the age of 18 must complete an application form and a background check.
